The men who packed up our furnishings were very professional and handled everything with care. However, the two young guys who delivered it to another state were just the opposite crushing lighter boxes by placing heavier ones on top, damaging two pieces of furniture, losing one of our electronic devices, etc. We will NEVER use this company again.

We had a lot of stuff, including some very large, heavy, fragile pieces of antique furniture, to move from Ann Arbor to Arizona. An antique dealer recommended this company. They came on time with 2 guys. One spoke no English and seemed a little klutzy, but the other got him in line and called for another guy. They wrapped everything up like I've never seen stuff wrapped. We raced out to AZ to get there ahead of them, and the driver kept in touch with us while we were both on the road. They arrived at our house there on time, unloaded and unwrapped everything, and put things exactly where we wanted them. Everything was there and nothing was damaged. Couldn't have been better. I recommend this company highly.

I hired them for my move from ann arbor to NJ. They came on time, very friendly, listened to our suggestions, understood our concerns regarding glass tops, good accountability, and then arrived at the destination on time. stayed within the quote price, no hidden fees or surprise costs.I would recommend them to anybody and hire them for my next move.

I would NOT use this company again. I hired them to only move two pieces of furniture and yet in that time they managed to scrape the walls all over in my house. Completely unprofessional, careless movers!

My company used Handle With Care Moving in March 2007. The employees who arrived to move the company's equipment could not speak English and we had a very difficult time explaining to them the value of the equipment they were handling very roughly. Do not use them to move sensitive equipment.Also, the office lost our payment for the move and the company was harassed non-stop - and even threatened with police action! - because they could not properly apply the payment.
