You receive no stars from me as I am an extremely angry. I am standing at your location in the Briarwod Mall in Ann Arbor, Mi.There is no one in your boothThere is no sign posting your hoursThere is no sign indicating that the employee is on break.I called the location and the phone rang about 20 times and then stopped. Why was there not a message indicating whether they were closed or what the operating hours are. I made a special trip to the mall to purchase an item. I waited for 30 minutes and at least four or five other customers stopped and waited for a few minutes and then they left. Additionally, the gate was unlocked and anyone could just walk into the booth area. And there is a turnstile with watches on the floor inside the booth as well as a rack of watch bands and several othe items of merchandise in plain view.This is horrible customer service. Shame on you.

There are a great selection of high quality watches. They are reasonably priced. if you buy more than one at a if you buy more than one at a time. They have some of the best priced Zippos in the mall. The watch guy did such a nice job i tipped him $5.00 bucks.
