I've been a customer for over 20 years. If you like consistently authentic and delicious Italian food in a family operated restaurant, this is the place.

Just had the Veal Picatta tonight. It was excellent. I was very impressed by the delicate taste. The vegetables were done just right and the service was great. Can't wait to go back.

The food here is generally good, but the appetizer Funghi alla Crostini is absolutely to die for. Described as, "sauteed wild mushrooms, deglazed with sherry wine, in a cream sauce over crostini," I have _no_ idea how they make it taste so delicious!

My friends, family, and I have always had a delicious meal here. The Bolonese sauce and pizza are terrific. Their breads and salads are homemade and fresh. The staff is friendly and efficient. The cost is reasonable. Argiero's is a great find.

Authentic Italian in a quiet, out-of-the-way spot near Kerrytown and the Farmer's Market.

Argerio's lacked the snobbiness of other italian eateries in the area. They have down to earth service, authentic cuisine, and fabulous pizza and pasta. (Eggplant spagetti, OMG)

Visited this restaurant with family for a casual dinner after driving all day. Had great food for a pretty reasonable price ($100 for 5 people including tax, tip, and a pitcher of Sangria).Overall, great place to have a relaxed dinner with friends and family.

Based on all the other reviews I was very surprised at how wonderful my husband and I found Argieros. The server was prompt and well mannered, and always kept our drinks filled. The portions were filling and I found my Eggplant Parm to be incredibly flavorful. My husband ordered a meat ravioli and was absolutely delighted. We also found the canolies to have a nice fresh crunch, in contrast to an earlier review. All in all, a wonderful place to eat. I'll be sure to come again.

I give it a five out of five because, They have excellent pizza, the deserts and cuisine tasted authentic, Not like a corporate owned restaurant. I have been there many times and the atmosphere is family friendly. The service is always consistant. I would recommend this restaurant to a family or someone who wants an authentic italian experience.

Tasty, simple, and friendly. The red-checked table cloths, Italian music, and sweet service make it perfect for a low-key date.

A red sauce Italian-American neighborhood classic. Don't come here expecting to be reminded of your last visit to Italy, come here to get very good versions of dishes you might have been served 40 or 50 years ago in an Italian restaurant in this country. No need to go for the fancier stuff on the menu (which can be uneven, although sometimes good) - the lasagna (meat and meatless), chicken parmesian and even the spaghetti and meatballs are consistently excellent. Pizza is pretty good, one of the better versions in Ann Arbor. Meatball sandwich for lunch is a favorite. Comfort food

We had a great time here. The food was fantastic. I'd recommend the lasagna. My daughter loved the spaghetti (she loves the spaghetti everywhere, though). The desserts were to die for. Mama Rosa makes the cannolis fresh every day. In the summer, the patio is great. You can enjoy your meal while people watching at Kerrytown. For Ann Arbor, it's worth mentioning that parking is easy. They're right next to the Kerrytown garage.

This little Italian place is the real thing if you're looking for cuisine that's true Southern Italian rather than the ambiance filled pseudo-Italian places that abound. Nothing fancy but a down-home place that even attracts prom crowds. I have been coming here for 30 years when Mama Rosa used to make the eggplant parmigiana. I have traveled all over Italy and Sicily and still this little gem is the benchmark for certain offerings like bruschetta, eggplant parmigiana, pasta digiorno, cannoli. The bread is real Italian style. The wines chosen match the plates and are very reasonably priced. The service is prompt and courteous by long employed wait staff. As an Italian-American transplant from the East coast, I thank God for this consistently excellent down-home ristorante so I need not fly to the South end of Hartford, the North end of Boston or Little Italy in the Big Apple. Kudos to this family for sharing what they have done so well for 2 generations in Ann Arbor. Please pour me anot
This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Ann Arbor. The tastes seem authentic and more unusual than the lower priced Italian restaurants. The staff is friendly and efficient. The meals are moderately priced but worth it. The restaurant is smaller than the Olive Garden, so is more relaxing. I would rate this as the best Italian restaurant in An Arbor.
THEY TAKE RESERVATIONS for a Friday night. That makes them GREAT!
