The service technician was new to Dewey Ford. If he didn’t know the answer to my question, he would get the information from another technician and relay the information back to me in a timely manner. Very professional.

I had running boards installed on my 2023 Bronco. Very friendly staff. The installation time was as expected.

Service was very professional and timely.

All the service advisors I worked with were excellent as was the work performed for my oil change service. My only concern was in having a 3pm appointment and seeing my truck was pulled out and parked for a half hour before it was taken to the service bay. The work, once started, only took a half hour but if I have to wait nearly 2 weeks to get in after calling for the appointment then I would (better) appreciate seeing the work started on time.

Always feel pressured to pay for more then you go in for. I bought vehicle from different dealership due to not willing to work with us.
After experience today with service will be going somewhere else for service also.

I am very disappointed with new policy in service work. Under the new policy, you have to leave your car up to 2 days before a technician can even look at yoyr cehicle. It is up to the vehicle owner to rent a car for those days and no loaners anymore. I was never called back bynthe service rep and I had to call in myself to checknup on my vehicle both days. I din't understand why we need to make appointments if our vehicles cannot be looked atnthat day. This new policy is going to turn buyers away from going to Dewey Ford. The service department is what keeps the buyers coming back. I would not recommend Dewey Service department. Very unsatisified customer!

Brought my truck in for the works oil change. The work performed was fine, but when I went to pick up the truck, it had not been washed as expected, plus the paper floor mat, plastic seat protector, and even boot covers were left in the truck, for me to dispose of I guess. Also, while I had forgotten to ask them to check the check engine light, which was on, they apparently didn't notice it, as they didn't mention it during one of the 3 phone calls and 3 text messages I got from them regarding the oil change. They did however, seem to notice I needed a new air filter, new wipers, and a front end alignment, as they suggested I get all of those items addressed while the vehicle was in the shop.

Lol , sold me an oil change package I could never use because you would have to make an appointment three weeks in advance, and not at your convince, expired before was able to use but one. Went to have recall work done and an oil change, upon pickup discovered they had left a window open, interior windows were dripping wet with condensation. They were prompt, but I’m not sure if it was neglect of other issues I had brought up with the vehicle. Expertise can’t say as of yet, need another opinion.

Check engine light came on on my 2013 Ford Focus. I called on Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday. They were able to run the diagnostics and tell what was wrong. They had the part in stock and I got my car back on Wednesday. Excellent service (thank you, Ernie) and speedy repair and back on the road!!!

I had an 8:00 AM appointment. I outlined problems when I made the appointment the previous week. My car was not even examined until the day after my scheduled appointment. Then I had to wait for parts. Finally it was returned at the end of the third day. No loaners were available. We incurred car rental costs while Dewey “quick” lane casually bumped my car behind car after car.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Car was promptly fixed and everything was covered through warranties/recalls.

Very impressed with Dewey Ford in Ankeny Iowa. Service a Ford F150 Truck on warranty repair and the service department was very prompt, professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealership service department.
