I've been a long time shopper at their Ankeny store, and my favorite part is their rewards program. It's every dollar you spend, you get a point and as they add up you can trade the points in for a gift card. When you get up to 500 points, you get a $50 gift card. I've gotten to this level once, and it makes me realize I've spent over $500 at their stores, but I know I've saved more than I ever would anywhere else.

I love this store. I consign here and make a bunch of money. I will say if you have worn crappy clothes your better off taking them to Goodwill then trying to sell them. They don't care if they are used or not they just have to be in good condition. They are picky about what they accept but that's why everyone shops there. What they can't accept they always show me the reason why when I pick up and I honestly just didn't pay good enough attention at home. I always see the stains or rips why they could take. None the less shopping here saves me tons of money. I would for sure recommend this store to anyone wanting to make money on their clothes. Again don't try it if your clothes are five years old and your kid spit up all of the front of their shirt. Who would want to buy that, just throw it away.

I love shopping at this store. I feel the prices are very fair and I can always find something for my son. Their clothing is in good condition and I don't have to worry about getting it home and finding holes or stains. I also shop in their maternity section. II have visited both locations, and feel the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would suggest everyone give it a try.

I personally do not think this store is all it is hyped up to be. There are others not that far away in WDSM that are much friendlier. Only one employee in Ankeny has been truly friendly. The rest are extremely snotty. Plus they advertise that they are so easy to consign with - but they are really not. They charge a fee, are picky about seasons, and then when you do all that work to get the stuff to them (exactly as they want in a certain size box, folded a certain way...), they keep it for weeks and then indicate they only want a couple pieces. I'll drive to WDSM from now on to shop and consign. Much better selection and friendly staff.

OMG!! I took my whole family to Me n Mommy To Be Friday evening. They had food so I didn't have to feed my family that night! WOW, I was actually able to shop without someone tugging on my arm asking when we can leave. There was a bounce house, a Batman, Cinderella, and Belle to entertain my kids. The best part is that night only cost me the $8.50 for the clothes I bought the kids!!!!!

I highly recommend shopping at Me n Mommy to be. Their clothing is so nice it is very hard to tell that it's a consignment store plus the staff is very friendly. The best part is they always seem to have sales going on. God I love that Dollar rack!!
