Could not be more impressed!!! My AC went out Saturday morning. I called at 8:00 AM and the owner answered. He spent 10 minutes with me over the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem...trying to help me avoid a maintenance call. After that didn't work, he scheduled a time to come out that afternoon. Duane (the owner) showed up on time, and spent the next 2.5 hours going through everything on my AC. He properly diagnosed the problem, and didn't just jump to conclusions. Turns out my Thermostat had a glitch, and was not sending the correct voltage to the system (he showed me the whole process). Besides the $150 cost of a new Thermostat, the whole 2.5 hour service cost $69 - on a weekend. $230 total bill. He decided to check my freon level, it was a little bit low, and he filled it for no cost just to ensure the system would run properly. Extremely thorough, and I believe this company has the client's best interest in mind. Highly recommended!!
