We recently purchased an Rvision RV from SMitty's. Our salesman was Todd Sutton. I found him to be helpful and really tried to make things as he said they'd be. I'd give Todd 4-5 stars. But the dealership needs a better check out system for their RV's Who ever checked them out missed so many things. These weren't things that would be hard to check either. They just were not done. We are still fixing some. The radio had blown speakers and old corrosion on the blown wires said it had been a good while ago. There were many electrical problems---all showing old corrosion on the problems and should have been caught. The awning that was like new condition---was racked off it's legs near the base. All things that a normal check out would have caught. Then our ABS system went out on way home and now bad sparkplugs all on our after purchase. And for us to fix. BUT I would go back to them because Todd tried to help us on some of these. I appreciated his help.
