Unfriendly employees with attitudes and no customer service skills. I was treated poorly. I also had to find out the hard way that there was no more tire shine! I'm not impressed that the price has gone up but the service has gone down. We need another game in town, so we can vote these guys off the island!

Doesn't do a great job cleaning your car. Just ok. Never get the tire spray anymore! This seems to have become the norm. Did not see one car get the tire spray out of about ten cars! The price went up for the platinum wash and still no tire cleaner!! Why pay the increase if not getting the entire wash? Employees aren't very friendly either.

If u go to oasis car wash go in the after noon when the young guy is working.hes always a nice guy..I went in the morning and there was some guy Foaming at the mouth and yelling at his employees profusely not a good experience. .......

My husband and I went to the Oasis Carwash in Angola on 3/29/13. There was a sign next to the entrance to the car wash advertising a free Platinum car wash on your birthday, a $12.00 value. My husband showed his drivers license and asked for the free wash. The attendant wasn't friendly and acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. Next my husband had to fill out and sign a form for the free wash. We continued with the wash without any soap or special rinse that comes with the Platinum. We also didn't get the special spray on the tires.

Years of good experience marred recently when, in the prewash scrub, the guy whacked the windshileld of my wife's new VW Touareg, cracking it and taking no responsibility, claiming that the windshield was already chipped (it wasn't). Now they won't return her calls...

The employees are friendly and efficient and the automatic wash does a good job.
