As our first year here as a seasonl camper this campgroud out weighed the other ones we looked at. The owners are very friendly and out going. I did some research and found out that the two one star rating was from the previous owner who was and is still very bitter, so ignore her rating and come and check out this campground. I highly recommend it, very friendly people here and quite.

The New Owners : Joe and Marlene Miller,, are wonderful people,, and over the top in Hospitality, Weather you are looking for a seasonal spot , or just going to stay for a little while, you are sure to enjoy, the beauty, friendly people, and fun,,!!!!!! The pool, Natural trails, ponds, horseshoe pits, community hall for private group gathering and fun planed events, Bingo , Pot lucks, Kareokee .... This is a place you will feel at home and be able to make many memories with your family and friends.Or just a great place to relax.. I give them 5 stars.. and a strong recomendation... Like I said ,, This is my favoriate park and I have traveling from the East to the West Coast RVing for 6 years... Thank you Millers Happy Acres Camp !!!!!!

Let me start by saying that my family and I have spent 4 years in a campground very close to Happy Acres, we finally have had enough and moved our camper to Happy Acres . It has been the best change that we have made in our camping life. The owners are just terrific and the atmosphere just leaves me speechless. It is so quiet and relaxing , we fell in love with the place. Everybody is so nice and friendly, not like the other campground that we were at . Not one person has snubbed us and they all have made us feel right at home ! Keep up the GREAT work Joe and Marlene, we are looking forward to spending many years with you guys . And to the one that keeps trying to "DOG" the new owners and park ....... You need to get a life and quit bein so bitter and nasty .

Love the new owners. They are doing a great job with what they were left with when the previous owner(s?) left. The store is always open for your needs (they have a lot of resonably priced items) and the pool is open every day at the same time. (You do not need to track down the owner to see when you can get into the store or pool) I hope they have a good year with all of the good campers they have.

My wife and I were driving from the east coast on our way to Colorado we stopped at the Miller Happy Acres Campground it was one of the best experiences of our trip, the owners of the campground were very nice and made us feel very welcome. It was very clean and quiet, and the stuff they had in the store was reasonably priced and had some cute stuff in it, what negitive reviews you have read are false as far as we could see. Try Millers Happy Acres I am sure you will have a very pleasant experience, as we did.

Well this is my family's first year here and its really good. Joe and Marlene have some great attitudes. You have lots to do here. And if any of you *?!~ people out there don't like how it is then don't come back we don't like your negative attitudes here. And drinking man as far as that goes that is what camping is about having fun with the people around you. you guys are just being so negative toward this Campground GET LIVES Happy Acres is one of the best campgrounds i personally have been to and i have been to A LOT. Joe has a great perspective about running things here. And if you don't anything nice to say about this campground don't say nothing at all cuz as far as i'm concerned i am one Happy, Happy Acres Camper :)

We have been campers for 27 years and we have found millers campground in Angola under new managment. What a relaxing change from what we were putting up with from the last owners. I would recomend giving them a try. Joe and Marlene Miller are great people who wants to make this a family campground. They have very friendly manners and want to make your stay the best it can be. At this point I would give it a five star rating.

If you think the campground owners have changed your wrong. The husband who owns it drinks in store and stays toasted most of the time. So, campers if you think you want to deal with that party life and you can't trust what he says. His other half sits in store and talks about how she doesn't trust him and he might go stray on her. You might get a ear full from them by their little home. So, if you like confusion not knowing what's going on and where the people are going to camp. Go there I'm sure you will have a ball.

Want to know why over half the campers have left this campground in the past 2 years, then just get to know the two owners. They fight like cats and dogs in front of the campers on a daily basis. Whats more they expect the campers to work in the park for free and treat those who refuse to work like garbage. They talk about each and every camper behind their backs to other campers. The park has very few activities of any value unless you like playing bingo with about a dozen other campers or enjoy an illegal game of texas holdem. The kids activities are dominated by and geared towards the grandchildren of the one campground owner. Her grand kids come first, then the campers can have the leftover supplies. Shop elsewhere, because the campground store has very little to offer other than gossip. Avoid the donuts at all costs since they are usually several days old. Hope you like highway traffic noise because you will hear every car and truck that travels on I69.Water has heavy sulfur odor
