I have had several cars fixed here. ALways been satisfied. Except for the last time. The paint does not match the rest of the car. I wanted the car buffed out so it would match. Someone also stole the change out of my car. They did not just still the change but they stole all the quarters and left the pennies. I found this to be more insulting than if they would have just stole all of it. I am very suprised with the outcome this time. In the past I have been amazed. They always went above and be on. This time though I am just not happy. I have a black car with a feshly painted rear bumper and the rest of the car is some what faded. I just feel some effort should of been made to make it match. The worst is someone stole from me. It may not seem like a big deal and I should of removed everything from the car, but stealing is stealing and it TICKS me off. I will not return. It is a shame because when this car was wrecked the first place I said it would go to is here. Not anymore.

I have had several vehicles fixed by Jones and Hadley. I always have been satisfied by there work, until the last car I had fixed. It is a black in color honda civic. Someone had rear ended my wife and the rear bumper had to be replaced. I asked them if they would have to buff the rest of the car out to make the paint match. I was told that with it being a black car that it would match fine. Low and behold I pick it up and it DONT match. On top of that I am a fanatic on having my vehicle returned to me the way I left it. I will admit I am like a CSI detective when it comes to inspecting my vehicle when I pick it up. I write down the mileage, how much gas is in it, and which radio station it is set on. I know every dent and fingerprint smudge on the car. It so happens that someone stole the change out of my vehicle. They actually took all the quarters and left me all the pennies. I hate a theif!! Grant it I should have of removed it, but I still think it is sorry!!! I will not return.
