My husband literally just got off the phone to this store... Wow all I can say is I sat right here and overheard the the conversation. I don't know who answered the phone, but she gave attitude with her tone and voice to my husband. He has an accent, and this was apparently too much for her to deal with. She immediately became short, and irritated that it took HER too long to understand my husband. She never used a bad word, but the covert aggression was SOOO obvious. So, sad it's 2016 and still people act like this. To the woman who did this... who ever you are: You are a cashier, customer service... although there is nothing wrong with being a cashier... you acted like you were a top neurosurgeon or something... please get over yourself... you can easily be replaced... even by someone with an accent. Have a great life, please work on making yourself a better person for the good of humanity.
