Acapulco Restaurante Mexicano, established in 1997, is a Minnesota-based family-owned and operated Mexican-style restaurant. The restaurant s menu includes a wide range of tequilas, margaritas, juices, rums, vodkas, sangrias, premium beers and beverages. The restaurant constantly organizes weekly promotions, offers discount coupons on its Web site and features live mariachi band performance on weekend evenings. Every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., it offers 50 percent discount on various brands of wine bottles. Acapulco Restaurante Mexicano has branches in Blaine, Coon Rapids, Maplewood and Stillwater, Minn., and provides Champagne Sunday brunch buffet at its Stillwater location.
