01/20/2014 An Interested Visitor Writes: The workers and housekeeping was great. Very nice setup of all neighborhoods. The cooks are wonderful. Very nice meals. I too have seen and heard administration yell at staff around residents. I also have heard administration talk to residents very poorly and with no concern at all about their concerns. The facility is good but could be great if they could fix administration.

While the staff, nurses, aids, PT/OT staff were terrific, several problems were encountered with administration issues. Materials given upon admissions were incorrect, and many of the copies were such poor quality that one could not read them. No information was provided about Food Services, Housekeeping, Security, Vistors data. If one is willing to get past all that, the care was terrific. The first week of my father's stay was very difficult due to the administration issues. Several meeting had to be held with the Admissions and Food Services Areas. Not sure it was worth the headache.
