I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!They work with contractor Marquez Concrete LLC who will only communicate by TEXT message! When you text them they will not respond back. Then you call Suburban building and they don't call you back either. We were told our garage would be completed by mid September 2010 and it was not completed until 11/2/10!! They let the material sit on the ground from 9/1/10 (when it was delivered) until 10/4/10 when they finally started the project. Now they are trying to blame the weather for not getting the job done on time but Marquez Concrete said they had been working on another important job they had to finish first. They do not keep the customer informed about what is going on or when they expect to finish if there are delays. They cost us an extra $600 in storage fees and will not take any money off the final bill for their inability to finish on time!!!
