I had visited this store for some years already, during that time my experiences had varied. it had gotten some better with the change of personnel however there is much room for improvement as the manager need to go out and help directly not just delegate the employees are always focus on tasking not helping the customers its like it bothers them to help out more mature people should be added instead than these young girls always flirting among themselves instead of helping out. One thing observed more employees are needed for tasking seen like it so more customer focus people will be ready to assist may be pay increase to the know it all ones. The size of this store should have more qualify people on the floor as per the number of sales observed or lost when no body assisting.
