The doctors in this practice are extremely arrogant and the staff is very rude. Their bookkeeping and record keeping are very sloppy. They will double charge for services so be careful. The doctors in the practice rotate so you don't know who you will get; while one or two are farily decent the rest are very bad. Don't expect them to read the pet's chart as to what prior care the pet has received even at their own clinic; they are rushed and simply don't care. As a result, they make careless mistakes in renewing pet meds. prescriptions and in giving quality continuing care for pets with chronic illness. They are poor at returning phone calls and will give you the runaround in trying to get information or test results.

I have been a client of MVC since 2005, and have watched the business grow quite alot since then. I have 3 dogs, a pitbull, chow, and a border collie/austrialian shep mix. They treat all the dogs wonderfully, and there is no breed-bias. The rates are good, and they give several breaks when you are a "frequent" flyer. They were very compassionate to my elderly mother who had to make the decision to euthaniase an 16 yr old cat with renal failure & diabetes. We know we can count on them day or night, which when you have multiple pets, is so reassuring.

Wonderful staff. Dr. Long was so nice and reassuring during our pet emergency. I would highly recommend them.
