We bought a new triple door Samsung refrigerator a couple years ago with Best Buy in Anderson, SC. Since they delivered the fridge we have had little to no ice... A&E and Seneca Appliances have came to our home enough times to have more than paid for a new fridge by billing Geek Squad for their services and for new parts. We bought the 5 year extended Geek Squad plan. It's been three months since the last repair place was out and per Geek Squad they are apparently still waiting on parts and now the repair places are not returning our calls and nor will our local Best Buys Geek Squad manager. Geek Squads "special forces" team says ice makers are not part of the lemon law and that they will continue to pay for repair people and parts until my warranty expires in 3 more years. We have countless hours on the phone and dealing with repairmen that can't seem to get this right. Any suggestions????
