In operation for more than 30 years, Anderson Oconee Behavioral Health Services offers community-based prevention, assessment, intervention, treatment and referral services. It serves Anderson and Oconee counties in South Carolina to reduce the physical, social and economical impact of drugs and alcohol. The facility provides behavioral health services to the public, private and social sectors. Anderson Oconee Behavioral Health Services also offers gambling addiction and smoking cessation treatment, outpatient and anger management services. It supports the Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program, as well as maintains women's empowerment and continuing care groups. The facility provides in-home, adolescent relapse prevention and family-centered services. Anderson Oconee Behavioral Health Services additionally offers alternative to suspension and school intervention programs.
