I was in the market of buying a 2013 Terrain. After working with one of their sales people for over two weeks we agreed on a selling price. I arrived to purchase the vehicle and was ready to purchase the car when they decided the price I confirmed 3 times was to low and they would not sell me the vehicle . The owner and staff showed no interest or regret on their behalf or the inconvenience and time wasted on my behalf. This dealership lacks demonstrating professional business ethics and their people skills are in the toilet. I purchase 2 new cars every two years. Wow will I stay clear of that place.
