I lived at these apartments for five months before I had to move out. The super will not spray for bugs and pests, or repair problems. The two bedrooms with washer/dryer hookup are $450.00 and definately not worth the money. The ceilings are leaking from the last hurricane without repair. The majority of tennants do not have working airconditioners/heaters. Wiring is old. Super is almost never around for problems that occur and is hard to contact.
