Horrible service, bought my friend a Groupon for her birthday and she went in to use it (not expired), and was told they will not accept it and get a refund from Groupon! Unreal and rude!

Stay far far away from this place-- especially don't buy the Groupon.

I scheduled my appointment with a Groupon certificate and like many others they cancelled the day of the appointment. Also they redeemed the Groupon as soon as I called. The lady who called me (30 minutes) before my appointment was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This was to be a Mother's Day gift and they totally ruined it. I wouldn't recommend this place for free. However Groupon was awesome and refunded my money for both purchases, I have a feeling now I wasn't the first person to call them.

I bought a KTUU deals from them. They stood me up twice. they are very unprofessional and when speaking in person with the "son" i felt threatened. I do not recommend them for any service.

According to the hairstylist running the salon, she doesn't need our "chump change" because she's "been running this business for over 30 years", at least that's what she told me after she lost my Aunt's first appointment. We decided that maybe there was an accident and decided to set up dual appointments.

The day of our appointment, it was snowing on an already snowy and icy roads, but we made the 40 minute drive anyway. We arrived 5 minutes late and she wasn't there.
Her son apologized repeatedly and tried contacting her after checking the books only to find that we weren't scheduled again.

The woman had contacted me via text message prior to the day of our appointment, so I called her to see if there was some sort of mistake. She texted me back, now 15-20 minutes after our appointment time, saying that there was 12 inches of snow (mind you, we *just* drove through the same weather), and that if we wanted to wait, it was going to be awhile, but if we couldn't, we could contact Groupon for our money back. We waited for over 40 minutes and shenever arrived.

I explained that she lost our business due to lack of communication and she told me this:

"Actually you guys have rescheduled three times so i've been doing here 30 years honey and I've owned a business from was 17 so your chump change doesn't make or break me believe that"

Once, that's how many times I rescheduled and that was because she lost my Aunt's first appointment and we wanted to go together!

If I could give her zero stars, I would.

Her loss, I suppose, because we are great tippers. We've been known to tip up to 100% if we recieve excellent service!

HORRIFIC business! I made an appointment a week early and they accepted a walk-in instead of honoring my appointment, which I could see they had written in their book. I was 10 minutes early too so it wasn’t that I was late. The owner was unbelievably rude and the business had no parking because it’s next to a Laundromat.

10.00 haircut fast and a great job, also a full service salon/spa.
