If you need training go somewhere else. I was working with a client who was was in need of rectification and had two confirmed sources of payment and a credit card guarantee. The owner Mike called and complained AFTER running the credit card about being worried about whether he would be getting payed. The one star is for the exemplary employee who actually cared about the human being that needed the class in order to keep his job. I will never recommend this business again and I question people who teach about life saving and first aide and seem only concerned in getting payed.

My training there was very thorough, and the instructor clearly knew what he was talking about. He had a practical approach, and made sure we could demonstrate the skills we would most likely need to use.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH POOR SERVICE. Dont give them any money because they will rip you off and you;ll have to file a lawsuit against them to get it back.
