Call much, See little, Plan on calling - a lot - to find out where the "repair" person is, why they are late (and they will be late) and plan on calling about parts ordering, parts received, and if and when they will come back to repair. If this was not a mfg covered repair, I would have made another call - the BBB to file a complaint. Steer clear of these guys! If you have all day to sit around waiting, with nothing better to do, they may be just for you.,
