i actually had the opposite experience after having an autostart installed by these guys. i found them to be polite, informed, careful with my car and helpful.

Lied about installation mistakes instead of simply admiting and fixing the issue. Installation of sub was extremely shoddy (sub ripped out and went bouncing around my trunk). I actually installed the sub myself after that happened, rather than going back for fear of them simply wasteing more of my time.
