I have been in business for over 25 years and have rarely seen a business like Lucid. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, due to my lack of knowledge in web design, however they made me a believer during and after the process. Here's why:

Working with Lucid had been a pleasure since day one. The staff members were extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
They walked us though how our website, e-commerce and POS would work together and they provided detailed recommendations on 3 separate e-commerce platforms listing the pros and the cons to each one.
They had our website and e-commerce and POS set up in about 4 - 5 weeks with no problem and they even loaded up our inventory which was a huge time saver for us.
We now have a maintenance contract with Lucid and they take care of our site for us and provide us with regular updates.
One of the main things that I liked about these guys is they went out of their way to make our website better by adding some great graphics and search engine stuff that has landed us on the first page of Google which has helped our business a lot! The nice thing was that they didn't even charge us for it. They just asked us if we wanted it and they added it!!!
We highly recommend using Lucid.
Absolute let down. Their development team changes frequently, they do not share information on projects, And anything more complicated than a simple CMS is beyond their grasp.
When you do provide them details, they often disregard it for weeks, do absolutely nothing based on your criteria and even knowing they are delivering a non-functional site, they still do it, and have the nerve to ask you for the rest of the money in the contract.
