Founded in 1968, Hope Community Resources is one of the largest nonprofit providers of services to individuals with disabilities. It offers a range of family, medical, mental health, residential and day habilitation services. Hope Community Resources foster care provides full-time, out-of-home care services with a qualified adult and family. The center also offers assistance with housekeeping that includes information regarding home maintenance in a clean, sanitary and safe condition. Additionally, it supports the Omnibus Reconciliation Act, which provides services to individuals living in nursing facilities who experience a developmental disability and are entitled to active treatments. Hope Community Resources maintains a location in Wasilla, Alaska.
