I love Nova and their staff! I go in regularly to see Hannah who does amazing work on eye lash extensions and do much more!! I would recommend her and the rest of the team to anyone. The office is clean and the staff are friendly. You feel welcomed and comfortable the moment you walk in.

I found NOVA when I read about them in an ADN article. Love the latisse. Glad to get rid of the fake lashes. They were tearing my eyelashes out! I really love this office. Everyone is friendly and the environment is relaxing.

I just had Juvederm for my smile lines. What a difference with this doctor~no bruising! I've been to a few other places in town and was disappointed. Beware, medical spa does not always mean that it's owned by a physician. Glad I found Nova thanks to driving through the line at Starbucks! I won't go anywhere else.

This is such a nice office. Even though it's a medical office, which by the way is a vast improvement over some of the places I've visited lately, it's the special little touches that you remember when you leave. The front desk staff are always happy and helpful and the doctor is truly a very nice man. I have only met the nurse a few times in passing, but she remembered my name and last time came running up to me and gave me a big hug! These people truly care about their patients and I have always felt as though I received the best possible care there. I pay a little more for my Botox, but I'm getting quality and experience and most of all, an actual physician! I guess you get what you pay for. Don't go for cheap girls, go for the best qualified! Nice office. Dr. Means spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I had an underarm treatment and ended up buying a brazilian package since the procedure was not bad at all. I can tell this hair removal thing is going to grab my PFD like the fact that there really is a doctor there. Very happy with my treatment at nova.

This place is a real change over the usual places here in town. Feels more like I'm visiting a friend's house than a sterile doctor's office. The staff is very polite. Actually know what they are doing! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Means! After my first visit there I felt like I'd known him for years. My Botox looks GREAT!

Highly recommended. I love Dr. Means! He is by far the BEST doctor to go to for Botox in Alaska. I look 10 years younger! I also just started using Latisse. I had little nubs for eyelashes before and now already see a difference.

Christine is the bomb! I thought waxing had to hurt before I met her, but she really knows what she is doing. If you want a wax that doesn't bruise and makes you feel great then I recommend going to see Christine!

I love Dr. Means! He is a wonderful doctor. I followed him over to his new office. I won't let anyone else touch my face. I look great and I recommend him to anybody who is serious about looking good without advertising what they've had done.
