- Murder. Jeremy McAnulty was charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death and chainsaw dismemberment of Sean Wilson in Big Lake in 1997. Outcome: After seven full days of deliberation the jury could not reach a unanimous decision, and the court declared a mistrial. McAnulty later made a plea agreement for second-degree murder and a sentence of 45 years.
