I'm a firm believer in the dirty bathroom principle which is a reflection of the leadership and business practices of a company, and Century 16 is getting a big fat "F"! This theater has become gross - the seats are worn out, the bathrooms are toxic, the service at the counter for ice cream / coffee is a joke, and last but not least the like to purchase tickets is always too long when you see management just standing around.

A great movie theater. foods a little pricey but the service is great, people are hapy and cheerful, nice and smiling faces every where... most of the time. sometimes there will be a person in a bad mood. but thats normally during busy times and at the checkout line for the food.
The only theater in town worth going to! Sound and picture, always tops. I feel safe while in the theater and outside in the parking lot coming and going.
