This company has managed our Condo. Association since prior to 2002 when I purchased a unit there. It seems that rarely do they do what they say they will (even though they are contracted to do so under contract. Their accounting on statements is more frequently wrong than right (not posting payments till they are late, posting some 1.5 months after receiving, posting to the wrong account, etc.) Try to get information about your account or straighten it out, generally can't get someone on the phone, nor a call back and frequently bad attitude if you do get a real person. They have sent a couple owners to collections via "sleazy" lawyers they use, without any notices to the owners their account is overdue. We have yet to find a good property manager from there assigned to our complex. All have dropped the ball on duties, information requests and dealing with issues they say they will deal with. My general opinion is that in general they don't care, just say what you want to hear.
