We offer a variety of Yoga classes for both beginner and advanced students. Inspired by our love for Hot Yoga and some of our favorite studios from around the country we have built a studio that is unique to Anchorage. At our studio we encourage the honest hard work of a consistent Yoga practice (30 day challenge!), However have found that though consistency is important to measure results, variations are necessary to challenge, excite and help students become unlimited in their practice. Our Teachers and co-creators are here to support and encourage you with love and humor on and off the mat. Be prepared to sweat a little, stretch a little, laugh a little, and walk away feeling renewed. Our mission for Anchorage Yoga is to be a true reflection of all that yoga is: vibrant, purposeful, authentic, powerful, conscious, healing, spiritual and transformational.
