- Primary CareDr. Davis believes in growth through learning and is committed to helping his patients be better advocates for their own health. Dr. Davis served as Assistant Medical Director for Primary Care at Southcentral Foundation before leaving to open Alpine Urgent Care.
- Family PracticeDrs. Davis and Cummings first met in the summer of 2003 at the Providence Family Medicine Residency. It wasn’t long before they recognized their similar interests, and ideas about the delivery of healthcare. The friendship started and has lasted nearly 10 years. They envisioned a comprehensive healthcare office to include traditional and complementary services. Meeting your immediate needs, while offering patients an opportunity to explore their health. A place where delivering value, excellence in care and unparalleled customer service is the cornerstone of our philosophy. We think we’ve found the right balance, and work daily to improve on our concept. We invite you to see for yourself.

- Emergency CareAt Alpine Urgent Care we strive to deliver excellence in care with each visit. We believe you don’t have to sacrifice quality for expediency. This belief can be seen in the look of our office and felt by the way each person is cared for. Your care starts at the front desk, with the friendly courteous service you deserve, and continues as you’re seen by one of our Board Certified physicians. You will experience the kind of personalized attention you would expect from your own family doctor. Our doctors treat each patient as an individual and take time to explain your medical problem and proposed treatment plan. After one visit you’ll know what we mean by “The Alpine Difference”.
- Infectious DiseasesAdditionally, we see and specialize in non-orthopedic injuries and conditions that include but are not limited to the treatment of concussions, fatigue, infectious diseases, performance enhancement, complete sports physicals, and others.
- ImmunizationsOur doctors can have you on your way safely and assist with the recommended immunization guidelines for your destination.

- Physical TherapyThrough physical therapy, nutrition, counseling, rolfing, and myofascial treatment, we can treat the whole body, not just injured tissue. With digital X-ray on site, and a staff consisting of only board-certified physicians, we can diagnose and treat most injuries immediately.
- Manual TherapyA written referral is required for manual therapy appointments, regardless of your insurance company’s requirements. Referrals can be written by a MD, DO, ND, DC, NP, or PA. We would be happy to verify coverage for you prior to your first visit, as some insurance plans may not cover manual therapy. We ask that you provide a 24 hour cancellation notice for scheduled appointments. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 fee.
