I am a client of several years, and have had an extremely difficult time getting a hold of the owner since the original owner left and they moved from the downtown location to operating out of their home. Right now I've been trying to reach them for almost 2 weeks via email and phone and just can't. The phone msg box is full, and emails go unanswered. I don't know what the experience is like for other clients.
