Here at Alaska OB/GYN Care, our staff strive to provide the highest quality of care to each patient. We appreciate their decision to come to our practice and value the trust placed in us to help manage their health care needs. New patients are always welcome. The office opened its doors in 1994 by owner and practicing physician, Melanie McCleave, MD. We offer complete care for women from yearly preventative exams, through the child bearing years, and into the golden years of life. Dr. McCleave is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and offer the most up to date care options in all aspects of women's health including counseling and surgical treatment options. We have staff who are trained in healthcare billing and are happy to file your insurance claim for you. We are Blue Cross, Aetna, and Cigna preferred providers and do accept Medicaid and Medicare. We provide care at both Providence and Alaska Regional hospitals and have a six physician call group to assure quality patient care is always available.
