Provided by YP.comTook my computer in to get the OS re-installed, and pre-paid the $50 fee. It was supposed to be done later that day. Went back to the store at the agreed upon time (2nd trip), and my computer wasn't done, but I was promised it would be done by then end of the day on Monday. Went back Monday (3rd trip), and my computer still wasn't done, but was promised that it would be done on Tuesday, and the store would call when it was ready. I did not receive a call on Tuesday, so at the end of the day, I called to check on the status, and was told not only were they unable to fix it, but that I would not be refunded my $50. So I went back to the store (4th trip) to collect my unfixed computer and speak to a manager about getting my money back, since they were unable to provide the service - but - no manager was there. Received a call the next day from the manager saying (rudely) that they would refund me. 2 weeks later, I still have not received my refund, and upon calling in AGAIN... I was told a manger will contact me at eventually to talk about the status of my refund. Thanks for wasting a ton of my time, being rude, and most importantly, charging me for a service you did not provide. I would give you 0 stars if I could.
