I am new to the shipping business and the organization before this one left me hanging! So by the time I hired Alaska Auto Transport I needed my car transported ASAP! Thats exactly what they did! They responded to every call...gave me drivers number as soon as one was assigned. The driver answered every call and was really polite. I couldnt of asked for a better practical experience. My vehicle was picked up the next day after being booked and was dropped off just three days later my automobile was in my drive way up North! Use this business if u want the job done right! I was satisfied with my service from Jason with Alaska Auto Transport. He was very helpful and involved and making sure the procedure was understood and to best of my satisfaction.

Went through this company to transport my vehicle from Alaska to Washington. (part of the transport) Great people! Very welcoming and explained everything and answered all questions. Would recommend them to friends.

We shipped our sedan through these folks from Seattle to Anchorage. We originally dealt with Viking Travel - and after a scheduling snafu and no availability, they recommended us to Alaska Auto Transport (AAT). We were very happy with AAT. For starters, they pickup and drop-off right in Seattle (right next to SEATAC) and Anchorage, so we loved the ease of getting to their location. Secondly, these guys allowed up to 250 lbs stored in the car. Other company's didn't allow this. And finally, these guys streamlined the whole process (administratively) making it much easier to have, for example, one person drop it off in Seattle, and another person pick it up in Alaska. Jumping through this administrative hoop with other companies was less than convenient.

Very helpful and willing to help. I'm military and was greeted and helped graciously by a very professional and friendly staff. Price was very reasonable and on top of that they have military discount.

I just had my brand new car shipped up to Anchorage from Long Beach, CA through Alaska Auto Transport. The car arrived even faster than I was originally told and in perfect condition with only one more mile on it than it had at its origination point. Whenever I called and asked where the car was, they were able to tell me, which was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was surprised to read the negative reviews. We had a car shipped here and when we picked it up, the people were friendly and helpful. Now, we didn't have any problems with the paperwork or the car, but they were so helpful, I would be stunned to receive anything but professional and polite help if there had been problems.
