I am very surprised of the bad review that was written for Accurate Inspections Service. This company has represented many clients of mine and others with great success. All of my clients have been very pleased with the time and effort that the inspector took to make sure that the property they were purchasing had no structural, health and safety or other defects. They were also impressed and appreciated the time he took to explain everything to them and answer any questions they had. If the inspector did miss the water damage that was mentioned in the negative review I don't believe that it was done due to lack of skill or effort. I feel badly for the buyer and would like to mention that the seller should have disclosed the damage and should be held liable. In reference to the boiler/heating unit, you should always have an inspection done by a licensed, insured plumbing & heating company. Home inspectors due not inspect these items.

Stay away from this guy. He missed massive water damage to my condo kitchen floor. This damage was easily identified from my crawl space. There was some minor water viewable from standing on the kitchen floor. He and the owner of the condo said it was from the cats water bowl and I was assured that it was just minor. However, I pulled up the kitchen floor 10 months later (to install tile) and the ENTIRE sub floor was rotten to the point you could punch your fist through a few places. I went in to the crawl space with a bright light and found the entire kitchen floor to be heavliy water damaged. this should have been identified by the Accurate Home Inspector. He also missed two severly corroded and leaking boiler pipes that Ihad to get fix 6 months after I purchased the condo. As a first time home buyer I trusted this guy to perform a accurate inspection. he just rushed it and collected my money. Stay away!! License is expired also now I believe.
