      when i first moved here in may i thought this place was going to be a great place to live. i rented the pent house loft and was very happy for about a month until construction started in june. its part of the VIVERE EXPANSION in the lot over. there is so much NOISE ITS RIDICULOUS!!! they start at 7am sharp with all the heavy machinery and bulldozers.

      THE SMOG IS CHOKING! i don't open any windows and the DUST and SMOG creep inside.

      Besides the inconvenience of construction its UNSAFE. belongings are constantly being stolen and I've seen homeless people bathe in the pool area! DISGUSTING!



      i tried dealing with the management but they don't gov you any options and are forcing me to complete my lease or PAY $6500 to break my lease!



      DONT MOVE HERE unless you don't mind paying TOP DOLLAR to live in a NOISY , DANGEROUS, SMELLY apartment complex
