Founded in 1984, Pampanga Food Company is a producer of Filipino frozen food products. Based in Anaheim, Calif., the company offers a variety of products, such as tocino, longanisa, longanisa (sausage) cooked, lumpia shanghai/spring rolls, vegetable egg rolls, Mr. Swifts hotdog, seasoned meat, chicharon/pork rinds and many more. Pampanga Food Company operates a 20,000 square feet facility to house the processing, cooking, frozen storage and packing processes. In December 2008, the United States Local Business Association selected the company for the 2008 Best of Anaheim Award in the Sausages category.
