When I first moved here I figured I would be so happy. for the rent Magnolia Pointe charges is too high for the amount of exercise you have to do everyday to get to your apartment. There's too many stairs, and the apartment manager is not polite, she is not pleasant at all she really needs to Improve on her people skills. the manager takes her time to return phone calls and make any improvements to the apartment. The townehomes across the apartments have a disturbing dog that will not allow the area remain peaceful. When the apartments need to be tended to then the manager leaves notices on your door the day before sometime after 9:30pm not giving the tenants enough notices at all. People who move in there never last too long, overall I can do a Much Better job at managing Magnolia Pointe. If you rent there good luck..
