Not a good company to have spray your home.
Sales person came and said they would come and do the initial treatment and follow up within 20-40 days after (30 days per the contract).
When they came, they did not do the items that were promised. Bugs did not diminish after initial treatment. The technician was good, though.
Over 99 days passed since initial treatment, then I got a notice that they were coming the day after labor day. I had to postpone. I have looked over their contract and feel they have breached their own contract.
At this point I feel that I am in the right and that I able to cancel service without repercussions.
I do not recommend this company.

I had a salesman come out to my home. He said that he would spray from the front fence to the back fence every time they come out. He told me that he would set bait stations for the control of mice and rats. He told me that he could control flying insects. Basically, everything he told me is a lie. They came out for the first treatment, they will NOT be spraying from the front fence to the back fence. They will NOT be putting out bait stations. They can't guarantee that flying insects will be controlled. Very disappointed. They lie and then don't deliver. I will be posting this same review on every website that I can. I am happy that I waited around my home for the first treatment because they were virtually not going to do anything.

My service technician CHRISTOPHER SULAYAO was professional, explained everything to me in detail prior to starting the protection coverage. He was thorough in his work and even covered his shoes before he entered our home. He talked to me afterwards and showed me what was done. We are definitely impressed and definitely want him to come and service our home on a continuous basis.

Everyone is very nice and price is great. Tech, Kevin was informative and helpful and did a thorough job. One negative, sales guy said they could set pet safe rat traps outside of the home. I informed him that was not the case but he insisted that he could. Then I find out today they use poison bate that is dangerous for your pet. It kills the rats, your dog eats the rats and your dog gets sick. I wasn't too happy. Sales and your techs out in the field need to sync up.

I haven’t had an ant problem since I began my service with Aptive over a year ago. Turkish performed my service today and was very thorough!

Jacob Wriggs was the Technician who made an impromptu service call today to my home in response to an ANT ATTACK. Jacob was efficient, knowledgeable, and before applying treatment, searched for entry point, evidence of trails, and ant variety. He treated my home, with care, explaining what I should do in the event that the ANTS hadn't departed. As much as I hate the ants, I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He represents Aptive well.

Ted Powell did a phenomenal job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cared for my family. He explained everything he was going to do and kept my family as the #1 priority. He made sure to cover the childrens play structures too. He is top notch!

I just want to thank our technician Rick Solorio for our service on 7/14/17 he came out serviced back yard, front also did inside on even our slope which the other people that come out have not done. He did a neat and clean job! Thanks

As new customer I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but I was incredibly impressed and pleased with the service. Eddy was our technician and he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took time to listen to our needs and explained the process he would go through to address each one. Eddy did a superb job and I hope we will have him on future service calls. Great job Aptive not only on the service you provide but also the staff you employ.

Jerome Lee did our first service today. Jerome was very thorough in what he was going to do and he followed through with it. What a pleasant surprise since we've had Antimite for 10 + years and deceived to switch. We are glad we did. We hope all our Service Professionals from Aptive are as awesome as Jerome Lee.

Kevin Arroyo and Adrian Guerrero did an amazing job on my first home inspection. They were friendly and courteous, defiately will recommend to my neighbors and friends!

Javier showed up on time, was friendly & explained the whole process from start to finish, even before beginning. Very professional! So far so good with the pest control. They will be back out in 1 month for a follow up treatment.
