  T BAILEY performed extensive rehabilitation on an existing welded steel water tank including major foundation modifications, removing, seal welding, and replacing the entire roof, adding two additional shell courses, spiral stairs, demolition of an adjacent tank and foundation, and additional tank and site upgrades.

  Our skilled storage tank fabricators can take wild pieces of land and turn them into turn-key reservoirs and standpipes. As your field-erected tank general contractor, T BAILEY INC. will handle every step in the construction process from site preparation to foundations, construction, fabrication, security systems, and even fencing.

• Excavation
  Site Preparation: Tree clearing, excavation and backfill for the reservoir site, pump station, and associated retention ponds. The interconnecting 18†piping required a 1,200’ long horizontal directional bore starting in a residential neighborhood and stretched through the wooded hillside.
• Irrigation Systems
  R & G Excavating contracted T BAILEY INC. to deliver 1000’ feet of penstock pipe for an irrigation project in southern Oregon. The job site stretched across farmland and the penstock was designed to connect a large water reservoir with an irrigation system for the surrounding land.

  Tank improvements to 3 existing water reservoirs including ladders, platforms, roof vents, shell stiffeners (pictured above), piping, and interior and exterior concrete foundation improvements.

• Insulation
  Fireguard ® tanks are UL2085 cutting-edge steel fuel storage tanks whose double steel walls and 3-6 inch layer of insulation make them virtually indestructible. They’re tested and certified by both Underwriters Laboratory UL2085 and Steel Tank Institute of America (STI) and can resist fire, ballistics, and vehicle collisions.Â
• Masonry
  Fabrication & Construction: T BAILEY INC. shop fabricated, prime coated, delivered, and erected the welded steel water reservoir. T BAILEY INC placed approximately 30 tons of rebar and handled roughly 60 trucks of concrete to complete the reservoir foundation. The reservoir coating, concrete masonry pump station building, sizable pump skid, associated electrical and controls were completed by T BAILEY INC sub contractors.

  Construction of a firefighting training facility including site work, structural steel mock-up, high temperature resistant concrete pads, control building, jet fuel fire simulation system, and electrical work.
