They told us they would send us proofs. We never got anything when it was promised. We would wait. Then have to go in to the store and be given another time. This happened repeatedly. Then when it was the deadline. We still had to go in. They printed what we asked for, sorta. They did print something. The font was wrong. Nothing was centered correctly. They left things out of the printing. Many of the pages were so bad we had to trash them. They used the wrong paper on half the order. Then charged a lot. We didn't see all the problems until we got home and they were closed for several days, plus we live a distance away. We had to make a separate trip back to get the computer files. Some of those pages were so bad we can't use them. And, they were given in a way we can't alter them at all. When we tried to talk to them about the problems they just blew us off by saying they were busy, and wouldn't refund any of the money. Now I found out I could have gotten a better quality job done els
