Very nice facility. Wish we had more time to enjoy.

My husband, my two children and myself really enjoyed our 1 night stay here over the Memorial Day weekend. There was a lot to do. We fed the animals at the petting zoo, played at the park and of course went swimming. We utilized both the indoor pool and hot pool and the outdoor pool and hot pool. We enjoyed the outdoor pool more but the weather forced us inside for a bit. The slide was a hit with all of us! Our room was great (clean, and it looked to be recently renovated, and roomy). We ate at the buffet the morning we left, it seemed pricey but was pretty good. The only thing I noticed that could use improvement is that the ceiling leaked in the lobby when a big rainstorm passed through. This is not a complaint, just an observation that the buckets in the lobby catching water detracted from the updated/renovated look of the hotel. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I went here just for a get away from the kids. It was very relaxing. The pools were great and just a little walk from our room.

I grew up in the area and went here sometimes as a kid. I was in the area for a funeral and stayed there with my mom. It is always great to come there, they are constantly updating and keeping the place nice. The front desk person had a phone call, but we only waited seconds until Breanna came up from the back and checked us in, she was so nice and helpful! Our room was clean and nicely updated. It is nice to have access to the pools at any hour, we were up very early and the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and joked around with us. We swam laps, worked out, and relaxed in the outside pool (with AMAZING views). We had breakfast there, and our waiter, Chad, was also very nice. He was fun, polite and gave great recommendations. The place is so pretty and everyone is nice and helpful.

I was born and raised in this area and even worked here as a lifeguard during my high school years. I have many fond memories of coming to the "waterslide" as a kid. Now that I have children of my own, I look forward to taking them to the "waterslide" each time we come home for a visit. Our family spends the majority of our time at the pool. I must say that it looks AMAZING! I love the beautiful flower arrangements outside and the inside pool area looks really sharp. What a difference a year makes! (Last time we were home, the remodeling project was just underway.) I'm impressed with the lifeguards....and I'm not even biased...maybe a little bit. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. It seems as though the rooms have been updated as well. I'd also like to add that I was highly impressed with check-in. Sometimes you can wait for what seems like hours. I never feel that way here at Fairmont. The front desk is always smiling, helpful, and getting you to your room very quickly.

We spent two nights at Fairmont at the beginning of July. Enjoyed our stay. The hot pools were very nice and liked that there was a warm pool, then a hot pool both inside and out, although we only used the outside pool. Our son loved the waterslide and used all 4 half day passes that we had from our package to go on it. Our room was updated, reasonably spacious and clean with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I went to check out the workout room which was very well outfitted, and I wish I had time to use it while we were there. Our son loved feeding the animals and the playground. I had a spa treatment with Sarah which was excellent. The spa is a little less spa-like than I usually go to, but the treatment was excellent and Sarah gave an excellent massage and the price was very reasonable compared to what I pay locally.

We stayed here to celebrate my sisters birthday. The accommodations were wonderful for the whole family! The staff was very welcoming and friendly in all areas. The suite 3 was very clean and perfectly accommodating for our large family. Pool was great and very clean. We will definitely be back for another fun filled weekend!

This hotel/resort is a very comfortable stop just off of the Highway south of Anaconda. The facility is designed and maintained to accommodate the average family or traveller. The Pool development is extensive, outdoors and indoors there is a lot of room to manouver. Hot Hot pools for those who seek to really cook themselves and comfortable warm pools just for relaxing and getting the ache out of your bones. A water slide for the young ones who seek adventure. The whole facility is well maintained and very clean. The restaurant is reasonable with a good selection of menu items and great service. All staff were attentive, and friendly, and the rooms were nice. It's a good stopover on a road trip, and I'll be back.

We had a great time staying the night. The pool was very nice. We ate at the restaurant which was delicious. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean and well put together. Comfortable beds and pillows. We would like to come back soon.

Clean pool and springs. Two large inside pools, two large outside pools, open all year. We only went to visit the springs, and did not stay in the hotel. For the two of us, it was only $17. Not overcrowded at all. Concession stand if you get hungry. Women's locker room was clean and spacious, with semi-private areas for changing, showers, and restrooms. Lockers are available for use to store your items for 50 cents each, however we didn't lock them and our items were safe and available when we returned. A great time.

We spent a night last weekend at Fairmont and had a great time! We go several times a year and our family always enjoys the hot pools, feeding the animals and (if we are lucky) the spa services. Recently Fairmont has undergone a LOT of renovations, and things are looking fantastic. We were really impressed with how fresh and new the entire pool area looked. Plus, the outstanding service from Kristin at the front desk and Brittany in the spa made this stay over the top. Can't wait to go back!

Visited Fairmont Hot Springs Resort over Christmas 2008, it was wonderful. Much of the hotel appeared newly renovated, the room decor was very modern, with lovely duvet bedding. However, Fairmont is all about the pools; and do they ever have pools! Not the 82 degrees pools you shiver in at most hotels, this place has swimming pools that average 95 degrees (like a bathtub) and two hot pools( the size of most hotel swimming pools) that had to be 105 degrees. We are talking Olympic size swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors. They also have a large waterslide, open year round. The Christmas decorations were on a scale I've never seen before, including a 22 foot fir Christmas Tree in the lobby. Lobby and public areas were very nice and the restaurants were very good. Paid about $129 a night, which is typical for this area and cheap by big city standards. I highly recommend.
This resort is high-priced, especially because it is a little outdated. It is great to relax in the indoor/outdoor hot springs & take advantage of some of the features, but be prepared to pay the price! Even the vending machines are charge about double what you would pay elsewhere. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so you will hear thundering footsteps in the hallway & hope not to hear other things from the rooms on either side of you. Most of the furnishings & decor should have been updated about 5 years ago, but are still in good condition. The entire hotel is non-smoking, so ask for a room with a balcony or outdoor access if you plan to smoke. Also note, the nearest place to buy cigarettes is about 10 miles away. The entire hotel is pet-free, too. Although this is a nice place to stay, it is only worth about half what they charge, and double your dining budget to eat on site, or plan to drive 30 minutes to Butte to eat.
