When I went to Dan's Bicycle Shop, He called me to tell me the bike was finished, I asked him a few questions. While asking him those questions, he started swearing and saying the F-word and yelling at me on the telephone. I went back up there to get the bike. And he gave a terrible attitude. He then got in an argument with me about the bike and how there was so much fixing he had to do. I got so angry at him that I never wanted to go there again. Not only is customer-service terrible but he also did a terrible job on the bike. Costed alot of money to fix 1 thing, but he didnt even bother with the other problems I had. If you live in Amsterdam and wish to get your bike fix then It would make more sense using your money at Rt. 67 with trained professionals and a professionally NYS licensed Bike Shop
