Welcome to Fleming Physical Therapy Consultants (FPTC). Our Mission is to “Provide Patient Centered Physical Therapy Services that are of the Highest Quality Possible”. We provide physical therapy services for a variety of diagnoses including musculoskeletal disorders, balance and dizziness disorders, work injury prevention and rehabilitation. We are a clinical physical therapy practice that ‘specializes in helping you feel better’, as such you can expect direct attention of your physical therapist as we focus on your problem. We don’t just put you on machines and forget about you.

From day one the entire staff at Fleming made me feel comfortable and like everything would be ok...and it was!
They have a very positive staff. They take the correct measures to make sure and fix the problem, and that always leads to positive results.

They do things differently here and I like it so much better.
Danielle is so nice and patient with me. She explains what's going on with my issues and what I can do to fix them.
The staff at Fleming really listened to me and what I was feeling, and that allowed them to get to the source of my problem. I feel a lot better.
