This is absolutely the worst water company I have ever dealt with! For 8 years supposedly my water meter was broke and all of a sudden they just found it! It has been in the front yard as long as I have lived there in plain view. Now they are billing me almost $40 a month they claim I am using over 10,000 gallons a month! I called nobody answers the phone so I mailed a copy of my previous bill and wrote them a note the lady finally calls me she was the rudest most obnoxious woman I have ever talked to! Thats when she told me they could not find my meter til recently she must need to buy her workers some glasses cause they obviously cannot see much less read! I am single I work all day washy maybe 3 loads of clothes a week wash a few dishes and take a bath, but according to this water company I use over 10,000 gallons of water!
