Lynne Derezinski, FNP-BC, FMCSA is a family nurse practitioner with Ascension Medical Group. She provides acute, chronic and preventative care to the entire family. Lynne's special interests include nutrition, weight loss and complementary medicine. Lynne strives to build relationships with her patients to promote healthy outcomes. Outside of the office, Lynne enjoys baking, attending local sporting events and outdoor activities.
