I wrote the review below and after contacting service supervisors, Jim and Brian took awesome care of me. They did take the time to listen to my concerns so that we were not chasing our tail on the problem and my jeep is now operating as it should. They ended up upgrading the steering dampener to a mopar perfromance and it stoped the wobble. Thanks Brian and Jim for your great cutomer service.

I tried to have warranty work done 3 times for the same problem. I have a problem with my 2009 Jeep that it shakes violently when hit a bump at highway speeds commonly known as Death Wobble. It has happened 2 times since I have owned the vehicle in the first 30,000 miles. After they "fixed" it by replacing the steering dampener, it now occurs every time I hit a bump. They were also to perform a safety recall to cut the inner wheel liner so that it will not rub the brake lines. Well they cut it alright, like an 8 year old with a jigsaw. 2nd time I took it in to clean up the hack job and they did that fine. They replace a track bar to fix the death wobble and my steering wheel was 1/4 turn off of center which engages the ESP because it thinks I am sliding sideways. I had to straighten that out myself because I was afraid they would do more harm then good. They also told me that I had to remove my 1.5" lift kit before they would do any more work. My experience with this dealership has been awsome. I currently own 4 Dodges. Although I didnt purchase all of them from them, I have always been given great assistance from them on every issue. They met my needs when it came to a new vehicle, kept me in mind when it came to a used one, and when it came to troubleshooting, they have never hesitated to help even though I was doing the work myself. They even put my van up on a lift and fixed one of my oversights free of charge. In this day and age its hard to please everyone even part of the time. My experience with this group is that they will try to solve all issues to the best of their abilities reguardless of the bottom line. I'll keep coming back.

I cannot say one negative word about this company and the people standing behind it. My wife and I had searched for days for the right financing and vehicle to step into. After looking online, and one phone call received by John, sales manager, we knew we were being treated with the utmost respect. After the initial pre-qualifications and paperwork done right over the phone, we packed the kids up and made a trip to the lot. I walked in and was offered a beverage, coffee which is my delight, and Chad / John took the time to play with our two children and place them in the back of a truck bed for fun! The entire process from start to finish was amazingly simple, fast, and they catered to 2 babies running around. We had the entire process completed in an hour, and we were on our way home in our new to us used van that was detailed to perfection! I thought they were a great dealership when I first purchased my truck. After driving my truck I noticed the motor didn't switch from 8 to 4 cylinders. I was sold a truck I thought was a HEMI and the badge on the side said HEMI but the motor under the hood wasn't a HEMI even though the salesman told me I bought a HEMI. They blamed the mistake on the factory and said that they could put the same wrong HEMI badge on the other side or take the other bad one off. I told them you don't understand I was under the impression that I bought a HEMI and at this point they aren't willing to help me out.
