Don't buy from this store they are theifs , they charge you more than you agree once they get your credit card especially Jimmy the designer the big thief and lier he shows you that he is a designer and he tells you that he knows what you need and you trust him , then he take your money and dissabear and won't return your call , then he come back for other victims please be careful from him, I hope some thing bad will happen to him because theifs get what they deserve. And there is a girl she is lier and help Jimmy do his scans .

DO NOT GO TO TT NEW YORK!!! Absolutely the most high pressure sales people I have ever dealt with. Not only do they push ANYTHING/EVERYTHING at you, whether it is appropriate or not, whether it will look good or not, they apparently don't feel it is necessary to tell you it is a final sale store until you get your receipt. Most unethical store in the state with non existent customer service.

My first 3 words are DON"T GO THERE!! I bought a dress from here and paid $150 for the alterations. The dress was NOT ready when they said. When I got there and they gave my daughter the dress the alterations were the WORST I have ever seen. They top was frayed all the way to the back from where they sewed. There was a big knot in the front from the thread and there were pearls missing from the dress. They said oh that looks fine. After having a fit they said it would take 30 minutes to fix. Aftter 1.5 hours later they were done. It still looked bad. There were threads hanging and still some frayed spots. They wouldn't even give me any money back. They say they are professionals?? Looked like it was the first time anyone did alterations! I would never said anybody to this store.

I just bought my daughter her prom dress at TT New York and we were more that satisfied with their service! The sales associate that helped us was not pushy she took her time with us and helped us to find the perfect dress for my daughter's prom. I would recommend TT New York to anyone. There policy is the same as any other bridal boutique I've been in yet they actually let you exchange your dress where most boutiques won't let you even do that! Definetly stop in to TT New York if you are shopping for dresses before you waste your time going anywhere else!

Don't shop here unless you want to waste your money!! They DON'T let you return anything (which they don't tell you upfront) and you can only make an exchange for 7 days.

This store is a rip off!! Not only are they very expensive, their return policy is that you can't return anything. Even if you want to exchange your dress, you only have seven days to do it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anybody!!!!
